09.07.2022г зашла в данный офис, молодой человек всё понятно объяснил, помог подписать договор на перенос номеров с другого оператора и распечатал договор составленный дома онлайн на домашний интернети тв. Спасибо что есть люди знающие свою работу. До этого офиса я обращалась в офис в ТЦ "Красная площадь" мне там девушка ответила, что они вообще сейчас на бумаге договора не печатают(экономят бумагу)! Ну как так можно работать девушка!!! И по горячей линии мне сказали что в офисах без проблем распечатают на бумаге. Так что лучше обращайтесь сразу в офис по данному адресу, а не в "Красную площадь"
