Добрый день, произошла немного странная ситуация, вчера брала в вашем магазине, но в другом офисе наушники, которые пришлось сегодня вернуть из-за неисправности, на них давали гарантию пол года, решила сходить до этого от деления так как замену в предыдущим не нашли. Взяла наушники по той же цене и того же производителя, но другой модели здесь же дали гарантию всего 14 дней. От чего зависит такой разный гарантийный период?

В данном магазине Билайн продавец Евгений продал мне б/у телефон, теперь не хотят делать обмен либо возврат денежных, средств. Сохранен другой аккаунт. Директор магазина по-моему Анастасия вообще Хамка. Не советую вам этот магазин.

Добрый день! В наших магазинах продаются только новые устройства. Перед продажей мы всегда даем возможность ознакомиться с устройством - проверить его работоспособность, внешний вид. Приобретая товар, вы соглашаетесь с его характеристиками. Но если после покупки вы обнаруживаете существенный недостаток в вашем устройстве - это повод вернуться в магазин. Мы работаем в рамках действующего Закона о защите прав потребителей, который говорит, что если с момента покупки не прошло 14 дней, то смартфон будет принят на проверку качества, которая установит наличие или отсутствие недостатка, а также условия эксплуатации. Проверка качества длится до 21 дня. По ее итогам принимается решение об обмене или возврате. Если прошло более 14 дней, то устройство будет принято на гарантийное обслуживание, которое также включается в себя проверку качества. С уважением, команда билайн
