Зашла чтобы купить наушники по акции, которые стоят 199 руб. Получилось так что я заплатила 200 руб, а когда решила через новые наушники послушать музыку. Открываю, а там гарнитура обматана вся. Потои пошла разбираться, а продавец не уливлен был даже. Не стал уточнять, сразу же взял наушники и вернул мне деньги. Больше я туда не буду обращаться.

Вчера, 20.09.2019 приобрел телефон Самсунг гэлекси а 50 в данном салоне, не успел попользоваться, вечером дома включил камеру фронтальную сфотографироваться, увидел что на экране полосы разного цвета, сфотографировался, на фото все в полосах, очень расстроился, утром поехал обратно в салон, показал продавцу телефон, камеру, попросил произвести замену телефона, пояснив, что по закону в 14-ти дневной срок они могут произвести замену, мне отказали, пояснив, что мог его уронить, не предложили даже написать претензию, пояснили, что заберут телефон на месяц, предложили съездить в сервисный центр Самсунг. Почему я должен это делать. Ребята юридически не грамотны, не умеют общаться с клиентами. Я пояснил продавцу, что я хочу написать претензию и в 10-ти дневной срок они должны мне дать ответ, на что продавец мне пояснил, что они ни каки ответов в 10-ти дневной срок не дают, а просто заберут телефон на диагностику, которая будет длиться месяц. Очень не приятное впечатление создалось. Забрал телефон и решил обратиться в Роспотребнадзор.
