Пришла в ноябре внести платеж через кассу на карту банка, сидит девушка с лицом как будто на растреле, ни здрасте ничего, вообще отсутствует клиентоориентированность, медленно. Пришла через несколько дней опять внести платеж, я беременная, после больницы , простояла ровно 28 минут , еле выдержала, не стульев ничего, и "руководитель" видела мое присутствие, уточнила что я хочу, и стала требовать qr код, место проходное, ходи кто хочешь, на двери висела старая информация об ограничениях, она предложила мне распечатать бумажку от губернатора, причем " на заметку салоны связи не входят в этот список" , Вообщем отказала в обслуживании и не стала принимать , к слову там никто не соблюдал дистанцию, и прочие нарушения, с таким поведением не работают с людьми, ужасное отношение. Лишь бы для галочки qr код спросить, жаль на тот момент у меня его не было, взяла телефон мужа второпях. Пришлось идти через 2 микрорайона чтоб оплатить и три дня дома лежать с болями в спине и беспокойством малыша. Спасибо огромное " руководителю" безчувственного к клиентам, салон связи Билайн , Престиж на мира. Чтоб с тобой также везде обращались.

В билайне на тарифе первые Гиги предоставляют 300 мин разговора на номера других операторов, а по факту описываются минуты и при разговоре с билайна на Билайн! Такой жадности и хитрости я не видел ни у одного оператора, обязательно поднимусь эту тему в интернете, пусть интернет сообщество оценит)
