Была в салоне 31.03.2022. Хочу выразить огромную благодарность сотрудникам, работавшим в тот день – Михаилу и Дмитрию! Пришла с несколькими не решёнными проблемами по подключению пакета услуг: «Моб.связь+Дом.интернет+ТВ». Они оперативно и компетентно ответили на мои вопросы и решили проблему. Спасибо ребята, за качественное, грамотное обслуживание и вежливое, отзывчивое отношение! Ставлю 5+

Оставляю отзыв тут, т.к головного офиса в Тюмени нет. Не вздумайте подключать домашний интернет и ТВ. Безалаберная тех.помощь и инженеры связи, которые не хотят работать и выезжать на диагностику проблемы клиента когда последний этого просит. Отписываются смсками, мол у нас всë хорошо. Пропользовался дом.инэтом и ТВ ровно 3 недели. Перешёл на другого провайдера. Мобильная связь на уровне. С ней и мобильным интернетом проблем нет. Было бы 3-4 звезды, если бы не оператор, который неправильно заполнил заявку на возврат приставки. И в свой рабочий день в который я отпросился-впустую оказывается жду курьера. + добивают обзвоны от Билайна с "новой линейкой тарифов" Без безлимитного моб.интернета. а у меня ещё старый с безлимиткой. Всем удачи и добра.

Были пользователями ровно сутки. Плохой интернет, такое чувство, что вернулись в 2000 года. Обслуживание на 0, подключение переносилось три раза. Должны были выдать 2 симкарты (пакет интернет+тв+симки) но выдаёт одну, так как не смогли активировать болванки. Смешно и грустно. Мне кажется, дальше было бы больше негатива. Не советую, перешли опять на наш любимый провайдер и это не билайн. Кстати, если бы можно было поставить -5 , поставила бы
