Полностью согласен с предыдущим отзывом,руководство ни во что не ставит своих подчинённых,в офисах постоянно текучка кадров,т.к в своё время поувольняли достойных сотрудников,а новых не могут обучить и удержать на своих местах,разговор один:"Не хочешь работать,уходи по соглашению сторон!!"Было время,когда сотрудников ценили и уважали,но всё сменилось с уходом прошлого РСМС,знающего и любящего свою работу.Уважаемые РН и РСМС,цените своих сотрудников,а особенно РОЗНИЦУ,деньги Вам,приносят они и относитесь к ним с уважением,а не как к расходному материалу!!!!
