Пришла в Бэстфон и краем глаза увидела, как сотрудники Билайн тыкают на меня пальцем и смеются, мой взгляд никак их не успокоил ! Пыталась дозвониться в главный офис, но ноль толку!!! Никогда не перейду на ваш тариф, потому что работать с людьми, которые ведут себя неподобающе - это самоунижение!!! Очень жаль что нельзя поставить 0 звёзд !!!!!

Ужасно, ни о каком качественном, фирменном сервисе речи не идёт. Скорее это похоже на базар, где хотят обдурить. При покупке телефона, впарили мне стекло. Мол, без него скидки не будет. Сказали, что стоит 500 ₽, а наклеят бесплатно, согласился. В итоге, по чекам стекло стоит 200 ₽, а 300 ₽ сотрудник взял себе в карман. Заключили, без моего ведома и согласия, финансовый договор и оформили банковскую карту Beeline world. Сказав, что это стандартная бонусная карта. Услуга информирования этой карты платная (если не отключишь). Расторгнуть финансовый договор было трудно. Тот же сотрудник, который сделал карту, неправильно заполнил документы, в итоге пришлось идти в офис и тратить время второй раз. В поддержке сказали, что расторжение занимает месяц. То есть, открыли счёт за 2 минуты, закрывают месяц. Думается — это малая часть методов развода в офисах продаж Билайна. Будьте внимательней.

Отвратительный салон! Такого откровенного хамства я не видела нигде! Сотрудник Эдуард сначала отказался сдавать сдачу, потом откровенно нахамил, а в итоге ещё и положил деньги не на тот номер! Некомпетентные сотрудники! Зашкаливает, привожу примеры последних записей из книги жалоб и педложений

Некомпетентные специалисты, сервис ноль... не улучшилось даже настроение при приобретении нового телефона.., даже элементарные вещи , как помощь в настройке телефона, не была оказана, пришлось обращаться в сервис и настраивать телефон. А ведь салон находится в престижном торговом центре! Просто жуть!! Не покупайте телефоны в этом салоне!
