Сутки прошли после посещения данной конторки... Так что отзыв не на эмоциях, а вполне объективен! ☝️Тем более, что я была с мужем и он готов подписаться под каждым словом: Надменный, абсолютно некомпетентный консультант Ярослав 👎 не смог элементарно оформить мой переход в Билайн от другого оператора... 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ То данные паспорта не верны (которому уже 15 лет), то заявление не принимают... Сверив данные паспорта у старого оператора, я вернулась и сообщила об этом данному субъекту, кстати, всему покрытому зелёными татуировками(отвратительно)🤢 и торчащей щетиной из под спущенной маски... Он отмахнулся от меня, типа, идите и ждите... Через несколько часов я позвонила в службу поддержки, где оператор Марина очень мило сообщила, что заявку необходимо сформировать заново!!!!!! ❗❗❗ Первое посещение отбило всякое желание сотрудничать🤷‍♀️ И да, муж абонент Билайна много лет, попросил сориентировать с выбором нового тарифа, на что Ярослав, высокомерно, просто ткнул ❗пальцем в список тарифов, лежащии на стойке!! Это просто уму не постижимо!!!😳 Товарищ был не просто НЕ ЗАИНТЕРЕСОВАН1️⃣ и НЕ ЗАМОТИВИРОВАН2️⃣ на новых абонентов, так ещё и настроил против уже существующих3️⃣!! Естественно, я перейду на данного оператора связи только потому, что муж является абонентом, НО в данный офис я никогда больше не зайду, если буду видеть за стойкой эту непонятную татуированную личность! Большой КОЛ за обслуживание!!!!

В 2гис указан режим работы до 22:00, по факту офис работает до 21:00. Специально ехала из другого города, приехав вижу закрытый салон, пять баллов!

Не продают телефон без сим карты! Тем самым Нарушают закон о защите прав потребителей, навязывают услугу! Ещё и закрывается через каждые 20-30 минут
