Пользуюсь связью с 2005 года, Дозвониться действительно стало трудно, но все вопросы решаю в личном кабинете через чат. Часто тарифы отправляют в архив, повышают оплату. Стало мало акций для постоянных клиентов. А связь и интернет моб и домашний полностью устраивает.

16 июля с утра мы зашли в офис чтобы купить для моего папы шнур для зарядки телефона. Встретила нас вполне любезная кассир Хасанова Ермила Вахаевна. На вопрос есть ли шнур под наш порт и сколько он стоит кассир ответила что есть и стоит он очень дёшево 360 рублей, в отличии от соседей, у которых 1500. Мы согласились купить шнур, кассир очень долго предлагала нам сопутсвующие услуги и никак не пробивала чек об оплате. Сказав много раз, что нам ничего не нужно, Ермила Вахаевна пробила шнур за 360 рублей и всё ждала, когда мы уйдём, не выдавая чек. Но я чек попросила, кассир отдала мне чек и вдогонку ещё 3 шнура, сказав что это акция...я удивлённая вышла из салона с кучей шнуров и ничего не понимала. Неладное я не заподозрила потому что 360 рублей это небольшая сумма...Но, посмотрев в чек, я увидела, что шнур стоит по факту 90 рублей, а кассир пробила их 4 штуки...это вообще возмутительно и некрасиво...и чек она не выдавала, очевидно,желая оставить 3 шнура себе...это такие копейки...ладно мы, жители центра Петербурга, но она же наверняка также поступает с туристами...Не рекомендую данный офис никому, а если пришли, то внимательно проверяйте чеки.Возвращаться не стали.Хотела позвонить на горячую линию, но, к сожалению, там возможно обсудить только услуги связи.
