Ужасный салон, ни одной звезды не заслужили, после покупки телефона, возвращать деньги обратно не хотят и забирать телефон, плюс грубят, такое ощущение что я у самих сотрудников требую деньги из их же кошелька! Печально, что этот салон не доброжелательно относится к кокупателям

Здравствуйте! Купили айфон 12 4 января 2022 года заказ 10401-58251550, через пару дней выясняется что батарея разряжается очень быстро, пришли в салон где и покупали г. Белгород улица Богдана Хмельницкого 164, сотрудники говорят мы за айфоны возврат денежных средств не делаем, потому что вы его уже активировали! На мой вопрос почему так ведь, по Федеральному закону о защите прав потребителей я могу вернуть любой даже технически сложный товар, они говорят у нас в Билайне порядки такие. Не соблюдают закон вообще, деньги не возвращают! Написал претензию теперь ждать надо пока ответят. Хотя по телефону в интернет магазине билайн говорят да в любом салоне вернуть можете денежные средства именно по моему заказу! Обманываю и не соблюдают законы!!! Требую вернуть деньги и наказать продавцов, в частности директора магазина Юлию, по крайней мере она так представилась, бейджика не было как и не правильное ношение масок, можете посмотреть по камерам!
