Обманули и продали симку с дорогим тарифом вместо льготного для пенсионеров моей маме пенсионерке!!! Звонили в билайн три раза, ничем не смогли помочь! Пришлось купить новую симку! Горе-работнички!

Замена сим карты стоила 2 часа потраченного времени в пустую и безрезультатно.Да еще версия была-сбой в общей системе.Позор! В "Эльгрине" все сделали за 5 минут! Мальчики! Учитесь работать не в ущерб покупателям!

Лучший офис в обслуживании абонентов! Порядочные сотрудники, умеют выслушать и решить любую проблему! Есть сотрудник, он лучший в своём деле, без него офис пойдёт на дно. Если отзыв удалят ставлю 1 звезду. 😈😈😈
