Проблемы не решают,а "отфутболивают". Советуют куда-то там им позвонить,пусть те решают,а мы не знаем,и сидят дальше. Ваша связь,ваш офис-это вы должны решать проблемы со связью,а не мы бегать искать. Отвратитеььный офис.

Не постсвила бы лаже и одной звезды! Покупали сегодня брату теоефон, прийдя домой и поработав в нем поняли что он очень ужасно дагает даже при обычной работе. Вернулист и попросили слеоать возврат. Продавец даже не стаоа смотретт на теоефон со словами "он отлично раьотает" и отказала в возврате. После мы приходили опять в пересменку, эта же продавщица когда ухрдила скащала новому продавцу чтобы он не оформлял возврат. Попимо этого, когда покупали, она стала устанавливать чтото на телефон без ведома и спроса, хотя он уже был куплен. На вопрос зачем на ответили "стойте и ждити" и не важно что мы спешили и что пр сути это уже нас теоефон. Отношение ужасное, работники не квалификацированные. Завтра будем разбиратьсч и директором и полицией.

Абсолютно некомпетентные сотрудники данного офиса, возвращал два месяца наушники по гарантии, потому что внезапно перестал работать правый наушник, никуда не отправляли, никакой экспертизы не было, документов об отказе тоже, вернули всё на словах, чтобы их вернуть, пришлось задействовать сотрудников Роспотребнадзора, и даже после того как их задействовали, сотрудники умудрились неправильно оформить заявление на возврат денежных средств, оформляя заявку 30 минут, сидя на двух телефонах с вопросительным выражением лица, ещё и поведение хамское. Вероятно после такого вы задумаетесь, покупать ли что то в Ритейле Билайна, потому что если это что то у вас сломается, вам на словах откажут в гарантии, при этом нахамят. Ну, а я же тем временем, думаю подавать исковое заявление в суд. Не рекомендую.
