Ужасное обслуживание! Приобрела у них родной адаптер для зарядки на айфон, и китайский провод, продавец порекомендовал, объяснив тем, что хороший провод. Через 2 недели заряд перестал поступать, приходилось 100 раз дергать этот провод, чтобы только зарядка пошла. Обратилась в магазин, чтобы вернуть этот провод, продавец сказал, что ничем помочь не может, гарантия у них 2 недели, обращайтесь к производителю или лучше закажите на Алиэкспресс. Убивает отношение продавцов, которые открыто посылают заказывать зарядное устройство на подобных сайтах, какое же тогда у них качество! Руководство магазина как оказалось такое же!!!Когда узнали, что чек не сохранен, сказали-увы, но в таком случае, не сможем принять возврат, хотя, законом оговаривается, что возврат можно осуществить и без чека. Правила торговли не известны к сожалению не сотрудникам, ни руководству магазина

Сотрудников нет, отказывают в обслуживании и консультации, шлют прямо прямым текстом. Несколько раз приходила,но, ни разу не смогла, купить, задать вопросы и т.д. На такой большой ТЦ сидит один сотрудник!
