Кондаков Александр обманул отца пенсионера. Батя менял симку на нано версию, а тот навязал сменить тариф, уверяя, что сумма абон. платы не изменится, а только лишь повысятся бесплатные минуты и Гб. По итогу тариф стал дороже на 3,5₽ в день, т.е. 13,5₽ (в месяц это 405₽), а после окончании акции через 90 дней, будет 15₽. Заявление на такого худшего директора написано в службу Билайна.

Некомпетентные сотрудники! 6 февраля оформили заявку на смену владельца номера. Прождали неделю, хотя переоформление занимает несколько минут в присутствии собственника номера. В данном салоне мотивация сотрудников в телефонных играх и просиживании штанов. Не рекомендую! Знаний по тарифам ноль! Пытаются всем впарить новую сим- карту при смене тарифа, иначе при переходе на другой тариф якобы заявку отклонят!
