Покупала вчера (4.03.22) телефон, сделала заказ на сайте Билайна. В салоне уже оказалось, что заказ с такими данными не поступал. Телефон, однако, всё еще был в наличии. Cтали оформлять... "У вас паспорт с собой?" Почему меня не насторожила эта фраза! Надо было сразу стоять на своём и говорить, что оформляем только телефон, без паспорта. Но я, к сожалению, человек до противного не конфликтный, так что мне впарили сим-карту "по акции в подарок", которая мне, excuse my French, нафиг не упёрлась. На обратном пути пришлось менять самостоятельно тариф на другой, без абонентской платы, чтобы потом не было сюрпризов-звонков от оператора, якобы у меня долги по симке. Я всё понимаю, у вас планы продаж и всё такое, но НЕПРИЯТНО. Одна звезда за вежливость (хоть и с подвохом), другая – за наличие нужной модели.

Персонал не компетентный, недоменеджеры, одним словом. Причём не только в данном салоне, но и в вышестоящем звене. Заполняла заявление на расторжение договора услуг, оказалось, что не по той форме и не с теми документами. Чтобы расторгнуть договор по причине смерти владельца, нужно всю родословную показать! И это выяснилось после звонка в головной офис. Столько сил и времени потрачено впустую…

Ужасный салон. Работают тогда когда им выгодно. Например плёнку наклеить за 100 рублей, а кому надо бесплатно оказать услугу будет стоять по часу. Хамское отношение. Примите меры.
