Не советую никому туда обращаться... Ужасное обслуживание, не обученные персонал.. Кредит девушкой оформлялся около двух часов.. И после этого ещё куча ошибок... Спустя две недели договор не передан в банк, а я хотел погасить кредит раньше, так как появились деньги.... Отстой а не офис!!!

Отдал телефон на проверку качества,продержали полтора месяца.После этого времени проверку так и не сделали,так как сказали,что был неполный комплект аппарата,хотя отдавал полностью со всем с,чем и купил.Плюс ещё и потеряли гарантийный талон! Отношение продавцов безразличное.Никакой информации они не дают.Их администратор Гудков М.С.полностью некомпетентен! Не советую,что либо покупать в этом магазине,если не хотите попасть в такую же ситуацию!

Сегодня зашёл проконсультироваться в офис билайн на Остужева, был приятно удивлён полнейшей некомпетентностью СПЕЦИАЛИСТА Дарины. Не ответила ни на один мой вопрос сказав что она только учится и ничего не знает, а к информации в системе её не допускают и в компе соответственно она ничего посмотреть не может т.к. у неё нет доступа к базе. Попросил перевести мой номер на другой тариф и снова получил отказ. НЕ УМЕЕТ!!!! Вопрос к руководству: « Для чего вы её там держите и у кого она там одна чему-либо сможет научиться?» « Зачем на бейджике у неё написана должность СПЕЦИАЛИСТ?» Надпись ОХРАННИК ей бы подошёл куда более к стати. И от этого создаётся мнение о всей компании бИЛАЙН!!!!
