некомпетентные операторы!! не смогли увидеть и отключить платную услугу. своих тарифов не знают. говорят, что для смены тарифа (социальный пакет) нужно приобрести другую симку (что оказалось враньем)

Короче если бы сатана хотел открыть филиал ада на земле , то это точно билайн на проспекте революции. 1. Купите консультанту зубную щетку и пасту, у него по ходу нет ничего для гигиены полости рта 2. Если консультант пытается хоть что то объяснить, то продавцу пох совсем на любой вопрос она отвечает "у нас такой функции нет" а что у них вообще есть ?! На мой вопрос можно ли поменять микро симку на нано, эта пачка просто поржала , интересный сервис для любителей поунижаться. P.s пройдя 1 км, я дошел до билайна на средне-московской, где мне все доходчиво объяснили и решили проблему.
