Пришёл поинтересоватся тарифами,а получил грубейшее общение с персоналом.Сотрудницы занимались своими делами,и очень не хотели отвлекатся.Почти сразу сказали что могут меня не обслуживать. Очень жаль,что такие сотрудницы работают в билайн. Номер у меня больше 15 лет,но теперь думаю сменить оператора...

Все зависит от времени суток, когда Вы к ним попадете и от конкретной бригады. После 8 вечера в салоне часто бывают друзья и родственники сотрудников, решающие личные вопросы и ожидающие своих, которых в это время Вы посмели отвлечь своими вопросами. Вчера мне посоветовал один из таких родственников в подпитии (ребенок которого бегал из подсобки в салон туда обратно) обратится на горячую линию билайна, они там больше знают. Вообще впервые вижу такой салон связи, где все так "по-домашнему", а клиенты их отвлекают. Но бывают очень хорошие команды в этом салоне, помогающие во всем.
