Отвратительный офис продаж! По 2 человека, как коршуны висят за компьютером, а когда через 15 минут подходит твоя очередь отказываются обслужить. Ненавижу их! Второй раз одно и тоже. Не могут по-человечески ничего объяснить

Покупал телефон в офисе билайн, сломался, отдал на ремонт, после чего пришло смс, что я могу обратиться в любой офис билайн для возврата денег. Этот офис был ближе всего к моей работе, я зашёл, как только сотрудники узнали что у меня возврат, их лица стали недовольные, сказали - "давайте, чё у Вас там")) я спросил что именно Вам дать, "что есть")) я дал чек и заявление на возврат, после чего мне сказали, что в кассе нет денег для возврата, хотя телефон стоил 2000 руб. Зачем писать смс такому крупному оператору, что возврат можно осуществить где угодно, когда мотивация персонала рассчитана на сумму кассы, понятное дело, никто не захочет делать лишние движения бесплатно. Больше никогда не буду приобретать телефоны в салонах связи, только у крупных сетей электроники.
