ПРОСТО ДАЖЕ НЕ ЗАХОДИТЕ ТУДА, НЕ ТРАТЬТЕ СВОЁ ВРЕМЯ, НЕРВЫ И ДЕНЬГИ. Действительно шарашкина контора. Один "специалист" порекомендовал наушники, которые на деле оказались отвратительное качества. Пришла делать возврат...меня встретили две девушки, которые не знают как оформлять возврат. Одна из них всё же взялась это делать, долго пыхтела, пытаясь хоть что то оформить. Мою просьбу позвонить компетентному человеку и ускорить процесс, проигнорировали. С горем пополам оформление закончили. Мне выдали только мой чек от товара, никакого подтверждения о том что я оформила возврат, что передала товар мне не предоставили. Я попросила номер руководства, мне указали на номер на стойке. Позвонила...абсолютно недружелебная женщина, не представившись, сообщила что она занимается только подбором персонала(видно что и с этой задачей она плохо справляется) я долго пыталась выяснить у девушек в филиале , как мне связаться с руководством.. нашла на чеке тел горячей линии. 5 минут ожидала ответ. Там, мне слава богу, дали информацию, что сотрудники обязаны предоставить мне номер заявления по которому я могу отслеживать статус. Ок, справились.(тоже не без проблем) Я пришла домой и тут мне звонит девушка из филиала и сообщает что она что-то не правильно заполнила и мне необходимо снова ехать и заполнять. У вас работают некомпетентные сотрудники, которые даже смекалкой не обладают. Даже одна звёздочка это слишком много.
