Большое спасибо сотрудникам этого офиса.Была попытка решить вопросразными способами,но столкнулась лишь стем, что отсылали либо в друой офис,либо на сайт.Сотрудники этого офиса показали себя,и как компетентные , и как неравнодушные люди.

Худший офис в городе. Приходилось обращаться из-за проблем с интернетом, писать заявку на вызов мастера. Стоять в очереди по 50-70 минут, пока единственный работник в магазине усиленно впаривает очередному покупателю чехол и наушники к покупаемому им телефону. А потом уходит домой, сажая вместо себя стажера, который ничего не умеет, о чем, улыбаясь и разводя руками, он сам и говорит. Их так называемый "спец по домашнему интернету" нахамит и заставит Вас думать, что Вы глупый примат, который сам все сломал. Мастера приходят не чинить, а в туалет, попить водички, "ой я не знаю", наверное, роутер старый, возьмите наш в аренду". А компьютер подключен к интернету напрямую, без роутера. Заявление на расторжение договора не приняли, пришлось ехать в другой офис. Жалобы в жалобной книге остаются без ответа.

Я в шоке от продавцов в отделе Билайн, который расположен в глобусе. Хотела приобрести маме кнопочный телефон за 3190 руб. продавец попросил паспорт и начал что то оформлять . Оформлял 25 минут, потом распечатал документы, которые оказались кредитным договором. Подсовывал мне их на подпись и говорил что оформит какую то карту и сделает скидку. Но я юрист. И конечно прочитала договор и подписывать ничего не стала. Просто жалко что других людей он сможет обмануть. Так что прежде чем что то приобретать в этом отделе подумайте 100 раз и ничего не подписывайте. Там работают обманщики и ***!!!!!!!!
