Хамское и циничное отношение к людям. Причем, рыба, как обычно, гниёт с головы. Речь о главном менеджере Геннадие, и его подчиненном Максиме. Мы приобрели в этом магазине телефон и аксессуары, в числе которых 2 зарядных провода на сумму 1780 р., которые дети с радостью выбрали из-за красивого внешнего вида, предварительно показав свои телефоны и услышав, что они подходят. Дома обнаружили, что зарядка не идёт. На следующий день снова пришли в магазин и попоросили обменять на подходящие или на что-то другое, на что в категоричной форме услышали, что это невозможно и что это наша вина, что взяли не те. Всё это сопровождалось показным снобизмом и чинной провокацией.

Ужасный персонал, покупали телефон ребёнку . Выбрали одну модель, на кассе пробили другую, теперь же мы ещё и виноваты. Обходите этот салон стороной, читайте отзывы, они обманывают людей, будьте осторожны!

Обслуживают очень долго. Пришел за заказом, статус которого соответствовал возможности получить. Работница долго искала заказ и в итоге ничего не нашла. Не знаю насколько это вина самих работников, а насколько вина билайна, но лучше с этой точкой ничего не иметь.
