Безобразное поведение сотрудников офиса билан который в Корстоне. Дважды пришлось обратиться и всегда очередь. Очень медленно обслуживают. Обратилась за разъяснением почему сняли с меня деньги. Оказывается 24 апреля установили тариф какой-то хайвый. Я об этом не знала. Обслуживала Надежда, но потом подошла ко второму компу вторая сотрудница и "курировала" обслуживание, подсказывая Нвдежде и давая нам комменты. Предложили сменить на социальный тариф, но для этого нужен паспорт чтобы снять копию. Я ответила, что паспорта с собой нет, но данные могу сказать, социальная карта при мне. Нет, ответила курирующая, только снять копию. Я ответила, что если бы и был при мне паспорт, копию снять я бы не позволила, т.к. это незаконные действия. При этом была нервозная обстановка. Женщина стоявшая за мной в очереди, тоже была на взводе и бквально плакала, видно что у них уже была какая-то предистория. Они ей вернули деньги и она ушла. Я продолжаю разговор и поясняю, что российский закон запрещает снимать копию с паспорта, Эта вторая в запале отвечает, что они не живут по российским законам. Я на мгновение оторопела. Это говорю как? Да, вот, я мошенница, она мне выпалила. Наше руводовство требует копию паспорта. Дайне говорю номер руководства я позвоню. 0611 выпалила мне. И вот я звонила минут 40 туда, а там игра в викторину, нажми 1 нажми 0 и т.д. Но она позвонила своей старшей и говорит, что я её назвала мошенницей. В итоге ухела домой и вот уже дома держу телефон минут 30 номера 0611 и не могу дозвониться. Музыка играет. Такой бардак за такие деньги. Я с 2001 года в билайне и такого не было.
