Отвратительно! % февраля была в офисе с жалобой,исчезают деньги с телефона при тарифе 13.55 рублей с 18 января по 7 февраля я оплатила 750 рублей последний платеж в офисе 5 февраля 150 рублей Не выходя из офиса я проверила платеж по телефону у меня оказалось на счету 99 рублей ,на вопрос почему так Оператор ответил ,что был долг 50 руб.Утром было - 7,39 я это хорошо помню.Оператор отключил две какие -то платные услуги,каждая по 30 рублей,которые я не подключала и их в январе у меня не было.Сегодня с меня сняли за увеличения скорости интернета в день 52 рубля!!! Я его об этом не просила.За что такое издевательство над пожилым человеком,? 5 февраля рискуя своим здоровьем,был сильный гололед я к ним пришла и вот такое отношение Я вынуждена переходить в другую компанию В компании Билайн была более 10 лет Смартфон вынуждена купить для общения с дочерью она проживает в Америке . До февраля 2019 года все было нормально оплачивала согласно тарифу.

Центральный офис с полным функционалом, т.е. можно подключить/отключить любые продукты Билайна и получить по ним консультацию, в центре города по любым вопросам обращаюсь туда и всегда решаю возникшие вопросы. Удобный график работы, всегда можно успеть перед работой или после. Вежливый и оперативный персонал. Единственное, приходится иногда подождать очереди минут 10-15, потому что не все вопросы фактически можно решить мгновенно, особенно если перед тобой пожилой человек (отмечу, что соорудники им объясняют максимально подробно). Подключал и пополнял у них карту билайна, покупал симкарты, закрывал номера, всегда всё успешно. 4 звезды ставлю за очереди, потому что это решается открытием доп. кассы и еще одним сотрудником. Сам являюсь пользователем мобильной связи Билайн, проводным интернетом по двум адресам, их платежной карты.
