Говорят, идёт акция или бесплатно потом видешь в чеке сюрприз с большими цифрами. Брали телефон, дали в подарок две сим карты. В чеке 2 единицы по 300 рублей. Также, сказали по акции при покупке Айфона, можно приобрести аксессуары на 5000 рублей и заплатить 1000. Ну мы и набрали, а в чеке цены те же. На вопрос почему, сотрудница сбежала в соседнюю комнату и не вышла, вышла другая хамка и послала нас. Менеджер, ходячая тюлень, все время орет, вмешивается, разговаривает по телефону, не даёт сосредоточиться на покупке. Видать, у них такая тактика по вымогательству денег😀😀

Меняла старую симку на новую. Вся процедура заняла не больше 10 минут. Очереди не было, менеджер ответил на все вопросы, сам заменил сим карту в телефоне, дождался пока она активируется. Остались приятные впечатления. Менеджера зовут Даниил.

Бесконечная толпа людей, работники помогают очень медленно и с пренебрежением разговаривают. Плюс параллельно с работой занимаются своими делами, что не может не сказываться на эффективности. Хотя выбор товаров приличный, качество обслуживания оставляет желать лучшего.
