Брала в рассрочку телефон. Всунули туда страховку и ещё что-то, когда начала читать договор, мне быстро подсунули бумажку, сказали подпишите, тут ничего не надо читать, а я им поверила + 8 к к телефону. Читайте внимательно договор

Самый ужасный офис, менеджеры здесь сидят, чтоб только отфутболить клиентов! Зашла узнать как мне сдать оборудование по телевидению и интернету, в итоге менеджер направил меня в офис на Ленина 38, который оказывается там закрыт! Как такое можно не знать? В итоге у этого же менеджера я пыталась заблокировать свой второй номер телефона, из за ненадобности, попросила чтоб он открепил мне этот номер от тарифа, чтоб не списывалось доп 200 р, на что он отказался это делать, сказав, что просто заблокируйте его через приложение, что по итогу я и сделала, но как оказалась это неправильно, так как с тарифа номер не снят, даже при условии блокировки. Сегодня я пришла разблокировать номер, и все такие открепить его от тарифа и закрыть, на что уже другой менеджер сидит разводит руками, мол нет инета! Бред, сапожник без сапог сидит, провайдер без интернета. Направляют на горячую линию, но есть одно НО, там трубку никто не берет, звонила и на 0611, и на московские номера, все без толку! Ужасная компания, просто нет слов, не советую ни кому пользоваться их услугами, если единственное вы не приверженец самого низкого сервиса и обратной связи от провайдера!

Почему-то в дирижабле все салоны связи работают на высшем уровне. И вежливые, и быстрые, и грамотные. Директор салона вообще умница.
