Очень прикольно жить в доме с библиотекой. Ощущения из детства. Книги вполне современные, только я просрочила сдачу книг и мне сказали, что временно книги выдавать не будут)

Хорошая уютная библиотека с богатым фондом. Принесли сюда свои старые книги. Взяли с радостью.

Очень неприветливая молодая библиотекарь, которая не так давно здесь работает. Общается назидательным и поучающим тоном, независимо от возраста посетителей, отбивая всякое желание еще раз посещать данную библиотеку. Есть хорошие работники этой библиотеки, но новенькая все портит. Если есть возможность выбора, стараюсь не посещать эту библиотеку, особенно в смену этой новенькой молодой сотрудницы.

Добрый день! 22 февраля 2019 года я пришла в библиотеку, чтобы взять книги. Но библиотекарь, которая сидела за компьютером, категорично потребовала предъявить паспорт. Его у меня с собой не было, ведь я давно записана в библиотеку и имею там формуляр. Я предложила взамен социальную карту. Мое предложение было проигнорировано. Тогда я сказала, что принесу паспорт в следующий раз. Я вынуждена была уйти ни с чем! Я — пенсионерка, 81 год! Я даже сказала: Прощайте! Я больше не приду! Считаю такое о бслуживание неуважительным, т.к. я была единственным посетителем библиотеки в тот момент. Можно было сделать снисхождение, пойти навстречу, тем более ходить мне далеко! – показать
