Действительно, работа интернет-магазина не налажена должным образом - выгрузка заказов из базы данных может не производиться неделями - поэтому туда лучше приезжать самому, заодно посмотреть всё своими глазами. Дело в том, что основное направление работы магазина, а вернее компании "Бибихауз" - работа с мелко- и крупнооптовыми клиентами из регионов, другими интернет-магазинами Москвы (покупающими там свою продукцию). Ассортимент магазина очень широкий и позволяет подобрать посуду и предметы интерьера на любой вкус и кошелёк - можно купить чайный сервиз и за 3500, а можно и за 130000 рублей. Очень хороший ассортимент немецкого фарфора известной во всём мире мануфактуры Weimar porzellan("Бибихауз" - официальный дистрибьютор фабрики) - целый зал (как в музее!). Если чего-то нет сейчас в наличии (либо вообще не продаётся в России), могут привезти под заказ лично для Вас. Цены на посуду и люстры одни из самых низких в Москве, а если покупать в период распродаж, которые магазин проводит несколько раз в год, то можно купить понравившиеся вещи со скидками от 30 до 50%. Также действует система скидок для постоянных покупателей(скидки по фирменной карте лояльности от 5 до 25%). В общем, хороший магазин с широчайшим ассортиментом и гибкой ценовой политикой. Единственное "но" - далековато до метро, на Рязанке и Нижегородской часто пробки, но с открытием станции "Нижегородская" в 2016 году станет гораздо ближе.
