С сожалением вынужден признать, что это, безусловно, самые ужасные места, где я был. Еда, к счастью, была нормальной, но обслуживание было таким же ужасным, как и самые страшные сны. Те, ради которых вы включаете свет по ночам. На самом деле это очень длинная история, но я постараюсь сделать ее как можно короче. я и моя жена заказали немного еды и пива. Когда мы получили пиво, я заметил, что мой стакан треснул, и попросил новый стакан пива. Затем официант взял новый стакан и перелил пиво из треснувшего стакана в новый. Таким образом, мы добились того, чтобы пиво было таким же пресным по вкусу, как и ТОФУ. Затем я спросил, не будет ли он так любезен и заменит его новым пивом, потому что он так сильно его встряхнул и перемешал, что это было бесполезно. Ответ был на русском, которого я не понимаю. к счастью, моя жена русская и сильно разозлилась. она сказала мне, что он пробормотал несколько плохих слов и был груб. Я заметил, что на столе висела какая-то реклама, в которой говорилось, цитирую: «Если вы не получите чек вместе с заказом, ваш заказ будет бесплатным». официант так и не дал нам чек с нашим заказом. Поэтому я указал на это и показал им таблички, которые были на всех столах. Нас отказались выпускать, пришел менеджер, он стал агрессивным и пригрозил вызвать полицию и бросить нас в тюрьму. Они сказали, что это не то, что они имеют в виду в рекламе. Не имея возможности сказать нам, что они на самом деле думают, мы решили заплатить и отправить жалобу в головной офис. До сих пор мы не получили никаких отзывов об этом эпизоде. Я умоляю вас НЕ оставлять свои деньги в этом ресторане. I am sorry to say that this is by far the most horrible places i have been. Food was luckely normal, but service was as horrible as you scariest dreams. The ones you keep the lights on at night for. Its a very long story really but ill make it as short as possible. me and my wife ordered some food along with some beers. When we got the beers i noticed that my glass was chipped and i asked for a new glass of beer. The waiter then took a new glass and pored the beer from the glass that was chipped and over to the new one. Thus making sure that the beer was as flat in taste as TOFU. I then asked if he would be so kind and replace it with a new beer because he had shaken and stirred this so much that it wasent any good. The reply was in russian wich i dont understand. luckely my wife is russian and got pretty mad. she told me he mumbled some bad words and was rude. I noticed they had some advertisement on the table that said, and i quote : "If you do not recieve a check with your order, your order is free". the waiter never gave us a check with our order. So i pointed that out and showed them the sign they had on all tables. They refused to let us leave, the manager came, he got aggressive and threatened to call the police and trow us in jail. They said that this was not what they ment with the advertisement. Unable to tell us what they really ment we decided to pay and to send a complaint into the headoffice. Up until this day we still have not recieve any feedback what so ever on the episode. I implore you to NOT leave behind your money at this restaurant.
