Мне пришел не тот заказ из интернет магазина. В итоге я заплатила за доставку неправильного товара + нервы + время + бензин Долго искала переноску нужно размера, чтобы уместить 2 кошек и учесть требования авиакомпании. Заказала, обрадовалась. Пришла переноска в два раза меньше. Оказалось, что теперь мне самой нужно ехать сдавать не тот товар. Деньги за доставку, естественно, мне никто не вернёт. Двум женщинам в магазине, было абсолютно наплевать. Это не "наш" магазин напортачил. Мы тут не причём и вам ничего не должны. Так уж и быть, деньги за товар вернём. А с остальным мы ничего сделать не можем, мы ведь не работаем в большой сети магазинов, никак ни с кем не связаны. И это всё только ваши проблемы. Персонал магазина повёл себя отвратительно. Давно не получала столько пренебрежения и высокомерия. Я вела себя агрессивно* и громко, да. Не хорошо, не справилась с эмоциями. Я была очень огорчена, так как мне довольно срочно нужен специфический товар, и вместо него у меня только проблемы. Я пришла с желанием отстоять хоть что-то, в ответ получила пренебрежение, это только больше распаляло. Работники этого магазина не компетентны при работе с возвратом. В сети магазинов, видимо, нет скрипта работы со своими ошибками. Хотя бы извинились что ли. Это не их проблема. Наверное, магазин не такой уж плохой, пока не случается ошибок. Система характеризуется реакцией на ошибку. И сеть этих магазинов не справилась. Мне гадко и противно.

Тут есть все для ваших маленьких друзей! Но доставку отсюда лучше не заказывать, привезли вместо геля-воду.

Отзывчивые и вежливые сотрудники. Цены высокие, но есть аптечный отдел, который выручает при необходимости.
