Хороший магазин с удобной доставкой, широким ассортиментом и приятными ценами. Это в общем-то относится ко всей сети Бетховен. Конкретно этот магазин не сильно отличается от остальных отделений сети. Единственное, что можно было бы улучшить - повесить указатели в ТЦ, потому что я не сразу понял, как этот магазин найти

Вроде бы магазин не из дешёвых, однако витамины для попугая удалось найти в нём на 250р. дешевле, чем в других местах. И главное выбор всегда очень большой

Претензии оперативно решают Претензия: "Безобразное хамское обслуживание в магазине на Речном вокзале! На меня еще ни разу не орали продавцы, это первый случай! Желаю вам скорейшего закрытия с таким отношением к покупателям!" Ответ: "Андрей Николаевич благодарим Вас ​ за обращение! Ситуация, которая произошла с Вами в нашем магазине 19.12.2019 Является для нас крайне неприятной, ведь мы всегда дорожим своими клиентами, и предъявляем высокие требования к качеству обслуживания наших покупателей к персоналу. На основании жалобы было проведено служебное расследование, в результате которого факт неподобающего поведения со стороны Бурыкиной Н и Макоровой С был доказан. На Бурыкину Н. было наложено дисциплинарное взыскание, стажер Макарова была уволена, за систематические нарушения. Мы надеемся, что такое больше не повторится. Приносим свои извинения за предоставленное неудобство, и предлагаем Вам компенсацию в размере 20% на последующую покупку вместе с нашими извинениями. Будем рады видеть Вас вновь. С уважением директор магазина Долинская Е.В"
