Покупаю тут корм для своего кота, а недавно еще переноску поменяли. Старая была куплена сто лет назад, разломалась и какая-то корявая была. А теперь у нас крутецкая с ручкой через плечо, цвет классный. Находиться в зоомагазине приятно, спокойно, уютно, чисто. Очень нравятся продавцы в Бетховене, реально помогают сделать выбор, при чем не навязывают его, а действительно дают толковые советы.

Дырки, на полках, нет ценников на большинстве товаров. В особенности на стм. Лысые крысы в ужасных условиях, в грязном наполнителе и который у них вызывает кожные заболевания (аллергия/чесотка). Не правильно расположен товар. Не по коллекциям и даже не по цвету амуниция и лежаки.Интересно куда смотрит директор магазина и сетевой управляющий. Единственное что было хорошо, это вежливость кассира. Жалею что не сфотографировала этот беспредел, но и возвращаться не хочется.

У "Бетховена" понравилось приложение. Теперь заказываю корм в нем. Удобно, быстро и много времени не занимает. Привозит курьер на следующий день, редко в этот, обычно рассчитываю на то что бы корма хватило на пару дней, на всякий случай. Нравится в принципе все, поэтому пользуюсь этой доставкой.

У друзей морская свинка, часто хожу к ним в гости, полюбила Марсика. Даже зашла вчера в Бетховен, купила ему корм LITTLE ONE для морских свинок. Магазин понравился, много всего. И Марсик оценил подарок.
