Больше всего в Бетховене нравится их клиентоориентированность. В магазинах часто проходят хорошие акции, вот недавно закупилась кормом, игрушками для щенка. И купила все со скидкой 10 % + скидка по ДК. Очень выгодно получилось!)

покупал для лабра ошейники и поводки. при учете что собака крупная, что ходим с ней гулять каждый день по пару раз, все рвано долго служат, покупаю всегда здесь

Вечером 29.07.2019 пришла в магазин, чтобы купить таблетки для кошек на которые была акция -20% и за одно купить корм со скидкой по карте магазина. 10%. В результате женщина на кассе пробила товар на сумму 6073.50р. Проверяя чек после покупки, обнаружила, что скидок на товары нет. Вернулась за объяснениями. Кассир сказала, что не обязана следить за скидками, касса сама пробивает. Старший продавец предложила мне сделать возврат денег за таблетки и оплатить их со скидкой. В результате мне сдела ли возврат на 2907.86р и я ещё раз оплатила товар на сумму 2315р. Деньги по возврату мне ещё не вернулись на карту, в банке сказали, что нужно ожидать в течение 30 дней. Настроение испорчено, деньги где-то зависли, причем совсем не лишние. Очень жаль, что всю хорошую работу коллектива портит один безразличный сотрудник. – показать

это я сейчас мастер котоатрибутики, знаю какой наполнитель липнет к лапкам, какой нет, какое желе у меня с пальцами кот съест, от какого нос отвернет, а год назад я не знал о существовании пуходерок, до сих пор помню как взял котенка и пришел зеленый в магазин, мне от и до продавцы собирали выручили, вот с тех времен все покупаю в бетховене, был первый зоомагазин и остался единственным
