Покупала таблетки от глистов недавно в Бетховене. Раньше пользовались Дронталом, но чет дороговато, решила поменять препарат. Консультант в ветаптеке прекрасная девушка. Посоветовала другие таблетки с более демократичным ценником - Цестал. Рассказала подробно про действующие вещества, на каких паразитов действует. Консультацией осталась довольна. В целом приятное впечатление от магазина

Товар разложен удобно. Если Вы как я малышка по росту, то лучше попросить консультанта, они охотно достают с верхних полок товар без недовольных гримас, так что не стесняйтесь. Товара много, даже слишком много, у меня глаза каждый раз разбегаются даже с учетом того что прихожу не впервой. Существенный плюс магазин это скидки, постоянные акции. Сервис и консультации на высоком уровне. Полностью довольна магазином.

Комментарий: Сделала заказ как обычно, приехал не мой. Извинились, через два часа доставили нужный корм. Первый раз такой казус за три года, простительно, тем более проблему решили оперативно.

Была приятно удивлена работой продавцов зоомагазина Бетховен в Марьино! Моя дочь поехала покупать хомячка, из магазина мне позвонили, чтобы получить моё согласие на покупку живого существа. Девочки -продавцы поступили очень профессионально(у меня был печальный опыт: мои старшие дочери купили мышек и вся ответственность за их содержание, долгие три года, была на мне!Тогда никто не спросил детей…
