Очень довольны, отличная, слаженная работа компании. Заказ сделала поздно вечером, на следующий день в 9:30 мне позвонил менеджер Антон, через несколько минут выслал счёт на согласование, ещё через несколько минут у меня уже был счёт на оплату. Доставили плитку с завода с ближайшей машиной. Никаких накладок, задержек и волнений! Водитель позвонил, когда загружал машину, так что мы чётко знали, когда он к нам приедет. И привез наши 6 тонн плитки двумя доставками за 3 часа из Химок в Истру. Водитель вежливый, культурный, на чистом автомобиле. То есть во всём ощущается ориентированность на клиента и эффективное управление. Лично для меня это очень важно! И ещё очень удобно, что не пришлось ехать в офис, я потратила минимум времени и усилий на покупку. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить Антона за его отношение к клиенту: на все мои вопросы и пожелания, отправленные по почте, Антон отвечал в течение одной-двух минут, такого сервиса я ещё не видела! Желаю компании оставаться на этом высоком уровне.
