+ Принимая автомобиль в ремонт задают наводящие вопросы (учитывают что клиент может многое не знать или почитать незначительным) + Ополаскивают автомобиль перед работами (мелочь, а приятно) + После приёмки сначала делают осмотр/диагностику, потом звонят и объясняют положение дел и примерные расценки (опять же отвечают на доп. вопросы) + Если требуются могут найти необходимые запчасти + По окончанию ремонта передают распечатку с выполненными работами и использованными материалами, а т.ж. рекомендациями по дальнейшему обслуживанию + На третье посещение подогнали сервисную книжку (удобно) === - Не все мастера отличаются внимательностью (пару раз приходилось возвращаться) - Если сдал машину в 9:00 в выходной день, то забирать приходится только к 21:00, под закрытие - Расценки выше среднего (но это Сервис и это Городок)

Ремонтируюсь только тут. Появился странный шум, матер сразу определил проблему, в итоге оказалось просто помял защиту на ремонт ушло 20 мин и 270р, спасибо что вы есть
