Заказывали торт мужу на ДР, быд выполнен быстро , со всеми пожеланиями, очень вкусный. Спасибо, что помогаете сделать настоящий праздник!

Добрый день. Заказали ребенку на ДР торт. Все оперативно сделано. Заказ был принят сразу. Торт действительно очень вкусный. Ребенок доволен! Рекомендую! Спасибо Вам большое!

Здравствуйте! Заказывала торт Gravity Falls-3 очень красивый и вкусный дети были восторге, заказала в последний момент, доставили вовремя, советую эту кондитерскую Best-Cake.

Очень сильно разочаровала меня эта кондитерская. Являлась постоянным клиентом этого заведения, делала заказ в 3-й раз и не ожидала подвоха… Но торт, который мне привезли 5 января на День рождения моей дочери, поверг меня в шок… Я заказывала торт 3 кг с шоколадной фиолетовой заливкой, с фигурами из мультфильма Доктор Плюшева. В итоге я получила не торт, а пасхальный кулич — кондитерское чудо-творение было обсыпано пасхальной дешевой разноцветной обсыпкой по всей поверхности, даже засыпали гер оев из мультфильма этой обсыпкой. Вид жуткий. Я такого не заказывала, как можно было додуматься до такого??? Второй косяк — заливка из шоколада была кривой, видно было, что заливали несколько раз в одно и то же место, поверхность торта вся в буграх. Третий косяк — цифру 4 вообще не удосужились поставить, хотя я ее заказывала. Я позвонила менеджеру, стала высказывать свое недовольство. В ответ кроме хамства ничего не услышала. Единственное, что предложил менеджер Виталий — вернуть торт. Как Вы себе это представляете??? Оставить ребенка без торта в День рожденья??? Естесственно, у меня не было выбора, мне пришлось оставить этот «чудо-торт», чтобы у ребенка состоялся полноценный праздник. Больше в эту кондитерскую я ни ногой. – показать
