Девочка поленилась задержаться на 10 минут и доделить заказ. Пришёл за 15 минут до закрытия, 5 минут прождал, потом открытие элементарного файла весом в 15 мегабайт заняло 10 минут, после чего продавец попыталась съехать и отправить меня на свободный, а потом сообщила что успеет только один экземпляр напечатать вместо двух. Минус почти 2000 за 70 страниц цветной печати и еденицу за сервис.

Спасибо за отзыв. Магазины, находящиеся в торговых комплексах, обязаны закрываться по графику. Сотрудники не имеют право задерживаться. Для Вашего удобства в нашей сети есть 2 магазина, которые работают круглосуточно. Они находятся по адресам: пр. Комсомольский, 18 и ул. Телевизорная 1, стр. 90.

Да не порите вы чушь) если бы было так, то как минимум не простоял бы там ещё 10 минут после закрытие. Я как и работаю с ТЦ так и неоднократно был в похожей ситуации, клиентам спокойно дают совершить свои покупки и не гонят из метлой минута в минуту закрытия. За работу с обратной связью вам тоже стоило бы плохую оценку поставить. То вы работаете над тем, что картой можно было пользоваться с телефона, хотя единственной работой тут является Решение, технологически вы всегда были к этому готов, более того у вас иногда это работает, но видимо по настроению сотрудника. Когда то у меня считывали карту на телефоне, когда то отказывали.

На дворе 2019 год. Можно сделать так что бы дисконтная карта, у вас они со штрих кодом, считывалась с приложения?

Че над ней работать то?) просто берёте и считываете штрих код не с Карты и со смартфона) работать они)
