7 марта 2021 года заказали дом ,,Родной,, обговорили детали ,заключили договор .по договору дом должны были поставить 17-18 мая в договоре была утверждена стоимость данного дома и составляла она 330000 т.р .была внесена предоплата .наступает долгожданное 17-18 мая дома нет ,ну в договоре было прописано что 21 день возможно будет отсрочка .и того 5 недель данная организация компасировала нам мозги .в итоге уважаемый администратор или кто он там .заявляет что дом будет стоить по новой цене как сейчас на сайте это значит ещё +100000т.р .хотя когда заключали договор ни слова не было об этом ,что могут быть такие изменения в цене .ужасная организация ,просто отвратительная .пожалела что вообще связалась с компанией Беседосики .зря потратили время и испорченное настроение .Не рекомендую!!!

Уважаемая Татьяна приносим извинения что стоимость дома изменилась, в связи с ростом цен на материалы. Мы заказчикам предлагаем или вернуть или перезаключить на актуальные цены. В минус мы не можем строить Вам к сожалению.

Безобразие! В Договор 190121-3 В январе 2021года взяли предоплату.В мае оказалось что за эту цену не построят! До мая писали-ожидайте звонка. Офиса нет.Динамят цены и сроки.Готовлю заявление в суд и на моральный ущерб. Не ввязывайтесь.Постараюсь через суд распиарить компанию,чтобы на всю жизнь заказов хватило.

Спасибо за отзыв, но по данному договору уже давно произведён возврат денежных средств, извините что не смогли построить, очень выросли цены на материал в этом году, и продолжают расти дальше =(
