18 декабря 2019 года, я посетила данный магазин, располагающийся в ТЦ Океания. Мне понравился блейзер ( артикул 6112/644/743). На ценнике, под видом акции, что раньше цена была заявлена 2999 рублей, который был перечеркнут, стоимость составляла 1799 рублей. Посчитав, что это приемлимая цена, за данную вещь, я проследовала на кассу, где мне озвучили первоначальную стоимость ( 2999 р.) На что я удивилась, и поинтересовалась почему так, на что мне абсолютно хамским тоном ответили, что либо я беру за эту суммму, либо оставляю вещь. По натуре, я человек не конфликтный, но то КАК мне ответили, побудило позвать администратора, Вышла молодая девушка, с бейджиком Наталья, и таким же тоном сообщила мне, что я могу быть свободна, развернулась на пятках и не удосужившись обьясниться, ушла. Передать шок, от данного обращения не описать. Для того чтобы мне дали жалобную книгу, я ждала 20 минут, где и указала возмутительное поведение персонала данного магазина. Я давно не встречала такое нарушение прав потребителя . ,, крайне любезный персонал». Никому не советую этот магазин.
