Я понимаю что Вам не приятно о таких отзывах, но.... мне ни сложно приехать и вместе прослушать что ваши сотрудники говорили по поводу тараканов, и про алкоголь мы ни требовали он нам без еды был ни к чему, и о законах тоже знаем.

В сентябре отмечали мужа день рождения о чем администратора предупредили, очень ни вежливая девушка по комментариям можно с ней и попрощаться. Заказали в номер, принесли быстро и вкусно, но..... когда в 23:00 хотели дозаказать а нам сказали всё кухня не работает тараканов травим. Когда приносили заказ могли бы предупредить а ещё лучше по телефону сразу сказать может другое место выбрали. Муж в свой юбилей лёг спать голодный ещё и в 23:00😞

Здравствуйте! Просмотрев ежедневные вечерние и ночные записи по видеонаблюдению, перерывов в работе кафе никаких не было обнаружено, режим работы был как обычно (круглосуточным). Кухня работала также без перерыва, опять же это видно по записям и выписанным счетам (при заказе в каждый вносится время заказа) и выбитым чекам по кассе! А прослушав все разговоры по телефону, максимально, что обнаружено это отказ принести в номер бутылочку алкоголя. Да отказ был, но это было уже невозможно, потому что заказывали уже после 23:00. Есть давно известные ограничения по времени в продаже алкоголя, извините это не наши правила, нам не жалко))), всем известно, что вся алкогольная продукция пробивается по кассе до 23:00, позже касса просто не пробивает товар с алкоголем и это не только у нас!!! А по поводу травли тараканов, так это вообще какая-то ерунда!!! За 20 лет работы нашего комплекса, никогда такого не было!!! Мы не находимся в городе на первом этаже многоквартирного дома (а это к сожалению вечная проблема и борьба некоторых заведений, т.к. с квартир это частые гости на кухне в кафе), к нам им неоткуда приходить. И нас постоянно на тему насекомых и грызунов проверяют соответствующие организации! Поэтому это исключено!!!!!!!
