Заказывала 3 комплекта Семейных разных расцветок, думала в подарки. Оператор позвонила, спросила адрес доставки. На почту России пришло быстро, только не от ООО «Вермена», а от Хуснутдинова. Вскрыла дома, а там все комплекты 2-х спальные. Обещали подарок кухонных полотнецев, их там не было. В пакете нет информации о возврате. Звоню по указанному на сайте телефону, никто не берет. РАЗВОД

Как вам повезло, Людмила, потому что когда я вскрыла свою посылку(от того же Хуснутдинова), я думала меня удар хватит: там были две сшитые на живульку тряпки, причем явно уже использованные или просто бракованные. Обратного адреса нет, с трудом дозвонилась по указанному тел-ну(пошла на хитрость: ещё сделала заказ, они сами позвонили), обещали. что перезвонит менеджер. Конечно, никто не позвонил. А в беседе оператор сказал попробуйте доказать, что это наш товар. Думаю, плакали мои 4 с лишним тыс ячи. Хочу отправить видео с эти бельём. – показать

меня также «развели»…заказывала САТИН 3д ЕВРО 2 комплекта…а прислали 2 комплекта сатин 2-х спальные и не 3д и без полотенец......посылка без ленты опечатывания и без обратного адреса....а денежки пошли в Курган ХУСНУТДИНОВУ А.М. 4980 руб.....за поплин, который дешевле и комплектация не та совсем....
