Проверьте компетентность работницы, которая была на смене 19.03.2021 года. Я пришла в отделение почты в 12 часу дня, чтобы оплатить кредит банка БелВЭБ. Расписав для этого на листке каждую последовательную позицию в ЕРИП и номер лицевого счета. Спустя несколько минут ее усердного набора лицевого счета мне последовал ответ, что такой счёт в банке не существует. При условии, что всегда хожу с одной и той же бумажкой, ввожу с нее иногда и сама, оплачивая через интернет-банкинг, а так же дополнительно предоставила смс от банка с номером лицевого счета. По всей видимости, либо она вводила маленькими буквами, либо ноль печатала как букву "О". Тем самым она допускает ошибку, дарит испорченное настроение и заставляет бежать до другого места с обсуждением надлежащего качества. Единственный ли это раз, когда производят операцию в этом подразделении неудачно? Так зачем такие сотрудники нужны? Терять выручки и портить настроение клиентам? Или это только пункт оплаты за номера телефонов?
