Стало хуже когда ввели новшества, установили инфакиоск а работает всегда одно окошка ( всех два) по всем операциям. Но гражданин который пришло после меня и взял талон идёт первее меня, так как у него операция - талон в приоритете. ЭТО НЕ СПРАВЕДЛИВО!!! В почтовых отделениях или зберкасах где много кас которие работают по разным операциям это подходит.
