Сотрудники хорошие,помогли подобрать,а вот волосы оставляют желать лучшего.Купила 125 прядей славянка люкс 45см,вышло все в 16тысяч р.хвостик смотрелся ущербно,но меня замерили что после мытья они распушатся.В общем то они распушились и концы стали жёсткие,выглядят неаккуратно,много коротких волосков.

Ответ Станиславе Милосской! Уважаемая Светлана, вы точно говорите о Белли Капелли? Для меня этот отзыв, звучит, как Нонсенс! Сколько покупала крейзи цвета, проблем не возникало. Уже 8 лет, как честно и преданно покоряюсь данной марке. Было время, пытались все экономить, переходили на дешевое сырье типа Хаир шоп... вот там то, как раз текут))) Или вы бездарно оставили отзыв выдумав душещипательную историю, или вы просто ошиблись компанией, в которой приобрели волосы. Обычно при возникновении проблем, берем свои документы подтверждающие покупку едем в компанию и решаем вопрос "на месте", а не срем в коментах!
