Согласен с предыдущим комментарием, но в отношении одного из дизайнеров. Не объяснение "на пальцах" и ТОЛЬКО финальная стоимость. Именно поэтому пришёл в другой день к другому дизайнеру. Её зовут Наталья. Всё доступно рассказала и сделала расчёт каждого пункта заказа отдельно. Монтаж карниза заказал тут же (мог бы и сам, но времени нету, две недели до Нового года) и пожалел что не сам. Монтажник всё делал чётко, но грубо. На просьбу отрезать карниз на лестничной клетке сказал что отпилит аккуратно над своим ящиком. Метстружка всё равно летела по комнате. Заусенцем на карнизе порвал натяжной потолок. И сделал вид, что не заметил. После нескольких общений с представителем магазина стоимость замены потолка (при предъявлении сметы от подрядчика) возместили. Магазин держит марку. Цены намного ниже чем у аналогичных продавцов.

Хамское отношение к клиенту. Все объясняется "на пальцах" и без каких-либо набросков и чертежей. Видимо за них нужно заплатить вперед. Другого объяснения у меня просто нет. Клиент далеко не всегда может понять всех тонкостей, если не давать наглядного представления. Плюс нежелание продавца все разъяснить по поводу работ, только конечная стоимость. Это все еще можно пережить, но просьба "не занимать время" продавца, потому что я не оплатил несогласованный заказ - это нонсенс.
