Все нормально пока не столкнёшься с проблемой. Не смог во время завершить аренду т. к. отключился телефон и не мог включить более часа. Результат 94 минуты 844 рубля. Фактически поездка 5км - 10-15 минут. В какой либо компенсации части оплаченных средств - отказано. Дальше пользоваться не собираюсь. Всем советую обращаться в другие каршеринги имеющие более здравую политику отношения к пользователям.

Списали штраф 10000 за парковку на плоскостной парковке г. Москвы. На сайте Belkacar написано - "Мы берём на себя оплату городских открытых платных парковок". Всё это происходило в праздничный день Защитника отечества, когда парковка бесплатная в зоне платных парковок! Надо заметить, что арендованная машина была жутко грязная как снаружи так и внутри. Судя по всему там не убирались 2-3 недели. Толстый слой пыли и грязи везде, коврик представляет собой лужу грязи. Зарядки нет, держателя нет, сидения как будто там прошлось стадо свиней! Взял её потому, что нужно было срочно, и рядом никого из конкурентов. И ещё имеют наглость списывать штраф 10000 руб. Парковка стоит 100 в сутки! Это я ещё готов понять, но 10тр логическому объяснению не поддаётся.

Пользуюсь Belka Car несколько месяцев, все устраивает. Машины всегда в хорошем состоянии, бронирую через приложение, все быстро и просто. Удобно что можно взять машину на несколько часов, а не на весь день. Идеально подходит для поездок по делам и встречам)

Огромный плюс Белке за приложение. Никакого лишнего спама и накруток в интерфейсе нет. Время отсчитывается четко, если делаешь завершение поездки то оно сразу же и проходит, а не висит потом. Цены пониже в среднем чем у других популярных каршерингов))
