Был записан ребенок к ортодонту Юлии Дмитриевне на 02.03, в 15.45. Приём не состоялся вообще. Мы пришли заранее, прождали 30 минут, несколько раз обращались к администраторам с напоминанием о себе и просьбой уточнить, когда будет приём. Ни-че-го. Когда искали дом, пришлось звонить врачу и уточнять проход, оказалось что забыли отправить фотографии -ориентиры, а там совсем не очевидная дорога с проходом через охрану в квартал офисных зданий. Ок, спросили, напомнили врачу о себе. Пришли на место, обозначили себя. В результате врач заявил, что "так получилось, почему-то нас не было в расписании". Два администратора не смогли ничего уточнить или прояснить и единственной их активностью был ЗАПРЕТ ОЖИДАТЬ СТОЯ. Они требовали ожидать сидя при отсутствии свободных сидячих мест :))) У меня возникло ощущение, что мы оказались в бреду сумасшедшего. Интересно, они зубы так же лечат? Категорически не советую ходить сюда.

Добрый день, Гомо Сапиенс! 1. У нас нет детской стоматологии. Мы лечим только взрослых. 2. Топографическими проблемами тоже не занимаемся. 3. У администраторов прописано в должностной инструкции "Пациент не должен ожидать стоять", Вам предлагали кресло. Если не сидится, можно выйти во двор к фонтану, по клинике гулять нельзя.

Очень хорошая стоматология. Хорошее оборудование и замечательные специалисты. Без боли ,без напрягов. Очень нравится.
