Отличные групповые занятия, комфортно и начинающим, и более опытным. Адекватные цены. Можно на месте купить снаряжение по абсолютно рыночным ценам. Помимо всего необходимого для бокса и других единоборств в зале есть базовое снаряжение для кроссфита. Летом несколько не хватает вентиляции, но в остальном все супер. Приятная атмосфера.

Хорошие раздевалки, в зале есть всё нужное оснащение, можно приобрести необходимую экипировку на месте. Отличный тренер по боксу Алексей: если есть желание учиться, то всё расскажет, покажет, проследит. Тренер достаточно мотивирует, но не будет требовать с вас невозможного, если что-то не получается. Адекватные спарринги - никто вас не поставит через неделю занятий против человека с годами опыта (а про такие места мне рассказывали). На групповые занятия ходят приличные люди, что для меня, например, важно. Из минусов: в зале бывает душновато. Продажа спорт. воды является частью монетизации клуба, поэтому в зале нет кулера, так что не забудьте принести свою воду.

Привели ребенка на Самбо его не научили страховке и поставили на броска где он получил травмы и потерял желание заниматься самбо дальше теперь ищем хороший клуб

Хороший клуб! Занимаюсь смешанными единоборствами у Таибова Ахмеда. Рекомендую как тренера. Удобное расположение зала рядом с метро. Нравится, что в клубе следят за тем, чтобы у учеников был результат. Постоянные выезды на соревнования, присвоение разрядов.
