В этой компании мы брали квартиру, думали квартиры будут утеплённые и шумо непроницаемые. Оказалось что эта компания и дома так себе. Если кто то делает ремонт то весь подъезд это слышит. Рамы стоят и между рамой и оконным проемом щели в палец, зимой сквозняк если открываешь балкон и окно на кухне то тебя сносит. Приходится делать все заново, и этаквартира обходится в 400000 ₽ дороже.яживу в этом доме уже 12 лет. Переделывал трёшку, она мне обошлась в 700.000 ремонт... Чтоб ни чего негде не дуло. Конечно вам смотреть какой строительной фирме доверять, и у какой фирмы строительной покупать квартиры...
